Fire Safety workshop rings a bell with Minster pupils...
Minster in Sheppey were pleased to welcome into school David Hopkins a Kent Fire and Rescue Education Officer. As part of the school's PHSE curriculum, he ran three workshops for pupils highlighting the importance of fire safety. Pupils thoroughly enjoyed the workshops and learnt a lot:
Henry in Year 2 said, 'Lighters and matches are not toys. They are dangerous and can hurt you'.
Annabelle from Year 2 also, said 'If you are on fire, Stop, Drop and Roll'.
